In memory of DR VENI ANDREW
Dr Veni Andrew was one of the founders of the ministry, a powerful business pioneer, entrepreneur, executive coach, and consultant, she inspired individuals and organizations to recognize that by improving their skills, outlook and approach, they can achieve remarkable results. Together with Dr Len Andrew, Dr Veni served as one of the senior pastors of Siloam Ministries Midrand. The same drive and passion that she has displayed in business, she applied to ministry life, with her ability to understand complex issues and problems and develop workable solutions. Her passion for the lost and broken has caused her to found and partner with several Rehabilitation Centres to set the captives free.
God had equipped Dr Len and Dr Veni with the tools, gifts and talents to fulfil the vision that He has given to the ministry. Their passion and drive encouraged all to serve God and give Him their all. Their love and commitment to God was contagious as they jointly advanced the Kingdom of God.
Dr Veni Andrew was an influential leader with international experience and a sustained record of success in the business marketplaces, Veni had a substantial background in service organizations whilst at the same time managing cultural change across these concerns. An inspirational leader and outstanding team member, who through a participative approach created robust strategies that translated vision into achievement. She was a strategic and innovative thinker and had received many business accolades over the past 20 years. Dr Veni continued to impact communities and the business world at large until she was called to be with the Lord on the 4th of August 2021.
