MINISTRIES
Pastoral
The objective of this department is to minister to the needs of people, provide practical support for
members within the church who require help and assistance in specific areas. As a family focused
church, we are committed to caring for the welfare and well-being of our members who are
vulnerable, in need or weak including widows, single mothers and vulnerable children. The
department actively seeks resources and support from within members so that it makes provisions
for those needing help and assistance within the church.
Media Department
This is one of our key ministries within our church that is responsible for maintaining our church
website and all audio-visual production materials. The media department produces advert materials
for the church. Recordings of services, production of print and electronic publication literature is
done by the team in this department. Setting up all the church equipment’s, recording messages
during services, getting the right audio quality from the speakers or a clear picture from the
monitors are parts of the tasks performed by team members.
Counselling Ministry
Truth International Ministries is a family-based and family loving church. This Department support
the structure of the family and prevent it from crumbling through counselling members who have
one problem or the other that needs mediation, as well as those who are engaged towards their
wedding day and beyond. Our Pastoral Team guides them prayerfully through courtship and pray
with them towards the success of their wedding. The ministry continues to monitor and support
them until full maturity in marriage.
Intercession Ministry
Our powerful intercessory group is headed by one of our Elder’s and senior founding member of the
ministry of which the team provides spiritual support by praying and interceding for the continued
success and needs of the church, its members, ministers, the unsaved and any other needs that may
arise. They pray towards the success of every service as well as for harvests of souls. The
intercessors of this group spend the first three days of every month in fasting and praying and also
meet every Saturday for our Hour of Power session between 6am – 7am that is opened for all to join
and fellowship. The Prayer team are available at the end of services to pray with anyone in need of a
short period of prayer.
Ushering Ministry
We have such a bright and joyous ushering team that welcomes each person that enters the house
of God with the love of Christ. Our team are always readily available during all services and other
church gatherings to assist both congregant members as well as first time visitors with any
assistance they may require. The department is tasked with keeping and maintaining order within
the church during service; directing people to appropriate seating areas; attending to enquiries and
request for directions from the congregation during church services, distributing information
leaflets, offering envelopes, and other materials as required and also collecting offerings. You will
easily spot our ushering team as they make themselves stand out for ease of reference.
Youth Ministry
The youth fellowship is concerned with catching the attention of youths with spiritual things and
arresting them from worldliness. The purpose of the youth fellowship is to unlock the potential of
our youth of today by drawing them closer to God and making them identify and operate in the area
of their calling. Teaching is a key part of the Youth fellowship and involves in-depth explanations,
relating and communicating the word of God to the youths. Youths are encouraged to participate in
active discussions with their teachers moderating. There will be seminars, debates, quizzes and
games, video nights, all geared towards keeping the youths interested in God and the things of God.
Children's Ministry
This is a passionate ministry for our Senior Pastor Dr. Len Andrew as he is very much interested in
laying the foundation for the next generation. The children’s church is for children of all ages, up to
age eleven. The teachers get the best out of our children, especially when it comes to special
occasions when they put up beautiful performances. For the very young children, teachers may find
themselves having to be child minders apart from teachers. The children’s church is a home away for
home where we equip and shape children with the word of God to become completely spiritually,
physically, mentally and morally fit individuals who stands out to become powerful witnesses for
Christ in their generation.
